Our team at SOL Physical Therapy has been serving the residents of Oakland, California since 1997. In our 22 years in business, we’ve always aimed to include only the best science-based therapies in our fitness and wellness plans. Our team develops these plans in part by listening to your goals and determining if you have any pre-existing wellness issues that need to be addressed. Once we have this information, we’ll add it to the science-based fitness protocols we have at our disposal. Combining all of this information will allow us to build the most effective plan for you, and one tool we may include in your plan is small-group fitness classes.

Reasons our small-group classes aren’t a new exercise fad

Our SOL Physical Therapy team is aware you may place exercise classes into the category of a new exercise fad. However, we can show you several reasons our small-group exercise classes aren’t in this category.

One reason our small-group classes don’t fall into the fad category is they’re all based on long-term scientific and medical research. Our fitness classes aren’t in the fad category is the exercises and other techniques used in our classes have been helping our individual patients for years. In fact, the primary motivation our team had for developing the small-group classes was to help more people at one time. However, that wasn’t our only motivation. We also wanted to build long-term sustainability into our classes for you and the class instructors by limiting the class sizes.
