SOL Kettlebell Clinic

This 60 minute session is designed for individuals new to Kettlebell Training.

If you’re unfamiliar, the kettlebell is an all-in-one extreme gym in one tiny (or sometimes not so tiny) handheld weight. When handled properly, Kettlebells train the body as it’s meant to be trained – as a linked, interconnected unit.

SOL’s Kettlebell Clinic is an educational workout designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of proper kettlebell techniques. While our coaches teach you fundamental hip, shoulder, and core mechanics for pain-free use of the kettlebell, you will experience improvement in strength, endurance, and metabolic conditioning. If you’re a beginner to kettlebell use, this class will help build a solid foundation for gaining expertise. This class is also fantastic for experienced kettlebell users who are recovering from injury, or who want to brush up on techniques.

Level: Beginners are welcome and encouraged.

Recommended (But Not Required) Pre-Req: SOL Functional Movement

Note on Shoes: To get the most out of your kettlebell basics class, wearing no shoes or shoes with a zero heel drop is recommended.

SOL Kettlebell Conditioning

This 60 minute session is designed for individuals who want to make quantum leaps in their athletic development.

SOL Kettlebell Conditioning is a class for participants who have taken and excelled in the SOL Kettlebell Clinic class or for those who can demonstrate proper Kettlebell technique. Our SOL performance trainers will use their Kettlebell expertise to take participants to technical mastery of exercises like the Kettlebell clean, snatch, and get-up in an advanced Kettlebell routine.

Over the course of your participation, you will literally transform your body with a time-efficient and incredibly effective strength and conditioning workout.

Level: Intermediate to Advanced.

Required Pre-Req: SOL Kettlebell Clinic or Demonstrated Competency in Kettlebell Technique

What are Russian Kettlebells and Kettlebell Training?

Pavel Tsatsouline brought a kettlebell training regime to the US over a decade ago to help actors and athletes achieve optimum fitness.
