We know it is better if you continue to work the body while injured and it is the perfect time and opportunity to work on other parts of your training- dysfunction or weaknesses that we will evaluate. You can heal faster and stronger by training with an emphasis on what you can do along with fine tuning your imbalances or asymmetries.
SOL Performance Training is able to develop high level coaching and programming for athletes with chronic issues and musculoskeletal/orthopedic dysfunctions. These diagnoses may include: spinal disc disease, neck pain, joint replacement surgery, knee pain, shoulder impingement, patello-femoral dysfunction, tendinopathy, shoulder or hip dysfunction or pain. We are able to make the right modifications to your athletic programming for a quicker recovery and optimal results as you recover.
