“Before coming to SOL, the ankle I had fractured could not hold my weight on its own. I walked slowly, and couldn’t run or walk up a staircase without frequent pauses and pain. It was a struggle to flex my foot up or down. Now, I can balance for almost 15 seconds on either foot. I have no trouble with stairs and I can walk on level or sloping ground for as long as I could before the injury. I have regained my full range of motion.” -J.B.
