Each patient who steps into SOL PT – Performance Training will be greeted by a leading team of highly experienced physiotherapists and fitness professionals. Our team is equipped with the necessary technology, tools, and methods for providing our patients with the highest quality care. We use scientific approaches to conservative contemporary treatments, in order to design the best treatment plans for the needs of each patient. This process includes sophisticated diagnostic tools, such as movement investigation and gait analysis, to arrive at the best prescription for treatment. These plans are aimed at helping our patients achieve improved performance, pain relief, healing, and future injury prevention. With expertise in movement science that far surpasses that of most gym-based programs, SOL’s Performance coaches and trainers deliver exceptional, individualized training through private and small group Sessions in a supportive, safe environment that makes training efficient, effective and fun!

Hands-on therapy

Our team is equipped with extensive training and advanced resources for employing specialized pain management methods and modalities. Some of these featured services include massage therapy, active release techniques, Graston technique, kinesiology taping, ELDOA method, Pilates, AlterG anti-gravity treadmill, SOL light therapy, functional rehabilitation, VibePlate, recovery compression boots, and nutrition programs.

What we treat

We strive to provide treatment and relief for any pain, injury, or condition you may be experiencing. Some of our specialties include discogenic back pain, ankle instability, arthritis, lumbar radiculopathy, facet joint pain, herniated discs, movement mechanics, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, cubital fossa syndrome, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, headaches, heel pain, shoulder impingement, IT band friction syndrome, and neck pain.

Personal training

To truly excel at your sport, you need to focus on speed, agility, muscle strength, flexibility, explosive movement, and quick position changes. And you need to do so in way that doesn’t overtax your body and leave you with game-ending or long-term injuries.

SOL Performance coaches are experts in movement science who understand how to expand the capacity of what an athlete’s body can do in the present while preventing long term damage. Toward the goal of helping you continuously increase the level of what you can achieve, our performance coaches will implement proper strength and conditioning methods, and improve overall movement patterns, mobility, strength, core stability and muscular imbalances.

Personal Training Pricing:
  • $100/session
  • $375/month (once a week or 4 sessions per month)
  • $700/month (twice a week or 8 sessions per month)
  • $1,000/month (3 times a week or 12 sessions per month)
  • $300 1st month (once a week)

Small group sessions

SOL Performance small group sessions provide a fitness experience that is the perfect blend of personal training and group exercise. With group sizes limited to 8, you get the camaraderie and friendly competition you would normally experience in a group exercise class – without getting lost in a huge crowd.
