Our experience with SOL has been exceptional, from the physical therapist to the front desk staff. Everyone has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely invested in our son’s recovery. After tearing his MPFL playing soccer, we decided to try physical therapy before considering surgery and see if he could regain enough strength to return to the activities he loves. After 12 visits, he successfully graduated from PT and, while we remain cautious about future injuries, he has been able to return to water polo and an active lifestyle. A special thank-you to Noah, our physical therapist. He truly cares about his patients and went above and beyond to help our son through the process. My wife was initially concerned about SOL being a larger chain, but we never felt rushed or like just another patient. Throughout the entire experience, we felt that our son’s health and best interests were always the priority. I really liked my experience here. Everyone is friendly and competent. They really helped me getting through my frozen shoulder. I like the exercise area as well, they have good equipment and clear instructions. My only complaint is that the waiting area is small (three worn chairs right next to each other) and pretty uncomfortable when crowded (more than 3 waiting). A lot of times I just stood there waiting to be seen (not much standing space either so a bit awkward). I was a patient at SOL Physical Therapy for 8 months while recovering from two back surgeries and a shoulder surgery, and I can honestly say this place was essential to my healing. Annie was my primary provider, and she is truly exceptional—an absolute standout in the field. Her consistency, dedication, and calming presence made all the difference during one of the hardest years of my life. She always came prepared, fully engaged, and completely focused on my progress. Annie doesn't just do her job—she cares, and it shows in everything she does. Her skill and intuition helped me gain strength and confidence again, one step at a time. I also worked with Justin, Jessie, and Elliot on occasion, and they were all wonderful. I was also regularly supported by kind, knowledgeable aides like Amaya, Jill, Jacob, and Alex—who were fantastic as well. Savannah at the front desk was always warm and welcoming, which made every visit feel smooth and stress-free. What really sets SOL apart is the environment—it’s comfortable, ego-free, and filled with people who genuinely care. From my experience and from observing how they treat every client, it’s clear this team goes above and beyond standard care. After a bad experience with a chiropractic group, I was able to regain strength and use of my extremely damaged hamstring/tendon and lower back. Spine and Sports staff provided me with an attainable plan of action using state of the art application therapy techniques. Their staff are comprised of highly trained professionals and I recommend them highly. I went from thinking 'I'll never get well' to 'I'm actually overcoming the injury and walking again - from giving up to finding hope. Now I'm actually looking forward to doing the things I thought I'd never do again from simple walking around the block to hiking with my family.  Thank you Spine and Sports Physical Therapy!  Just go! They listen. They care. If anyone can help you, they can. Update - company changed to SOL therapy. Miss all the great clinicians and their manager Brandon - he’s incredibly knowledge and looks like he’s working there as a regular clinician now!!? and after being shorted by 20 minutes on my therapy time by one of the other male clinicians I decided to quit their therapy care.

Update: I am back at this facility and seeing another magician for my back. For context- My wedding is in less than 2 weeks and was already under care. If you read this review, I want you to know how grateful I am for your services and the extra effort you are taking to get me down the aisle.. Ps: Not revealing the name as I don’t want him to get busy than he already is 🙈🙈 No wonder it has all 5 stars right? Vanessa is my favoriteee, very thoughtful and attentive to details. This place is beyond outstanding. I have recieved care at a few different facilities and this is hands down the best physical therapy I have ever recieved. The vibe is positive and encouraging. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring. In the beginning of my injury i made it a point to see a few different therapists because everyone has a different style. Greg and Jason L have both been truly instrumental in my recovery by helping me gain strength back and walking again. They pin point specific goals that you want or need met and give you the tools to get there. More than happy with the care I’ve received! Justin throughly evaluated me and pinpointed my problem areas, determined my weaknesses and most importantly, listened to me. He asked me what my goals were and included them in my treatment plan. He really made me feel there was hope that I could regain the strength, alleviate the pain and just feel good about myself again. I then worked with Brandon who also listened to what felt tight or hurt and dove right in to address the issue via stretching, cupping and adjustments. Love the individualized exercise program they develop for their patients to do on their own. The review I left on Facebook a year ago: Great treatment! Outstanding service! Update: Everyone at SSPT is disgustingly positive, supportive, patient, encouraging, & knowledgeable. They’ve very carefully tailored my treatment to fit my needs even amidst a complex set of issues to address. The tangible improvement I’ve made with their help is clear & evident to me. Moreover, they’re teaching & encouraging me to put into practice what they’re showing me at home so that I can become more independent at managing my own issues. I love the Spine and Sports facility in Livermore. The therapist are all super knowledgeable, friendly and really caring. The facility is huge, clean and physically appealing. The front desk staff are all so considerate and helpful. My husband encouraged me to choose the facility in Livermore and I and so glad I did.
