Sara Silva, PT, DPT born and raised in the small town of Wenatchee, Washington. I moved to the Bay Area after high school in search of diversity, adventure, and a variety of things to do. I attended Cal State East Bay where I played 4 years as a center midfielder on the division II women’s soccer team. After graduating with a BS in Kinesiology I moved down to San Diego to pursue a DPT at the University of St. Augustine. I enjoy powerlifting, watching sports, trying new restaurants, hiking, going to the beach, and exploring the bay area. As someone who was frequently injured while playing sports growing up, I always wanted to learn as much as possible about the body to help myself and know what’s going on, which eventually lead me to this amazing career. I love learning about the body and how it heals and adapts. I enjoy working with all ages and walks of life and being part of the journey to getting people back to what they are passionate about.
