Dr. Max Neggo believes that creativity is essential when working with the human body, and in order to achieve success there must be a fusion of both art and science. He operates under the core principle that it is his duty to use the knowledge and skills he’s accumulated as a massage therapist, athlete, and physical therapist to creatively customize treatment to each unique individual.
Max’s passion for helping people was fostered during his undergraduate years at CSU, where he worked at the Center of Achievement for the Physically Disabled serving the needs of patients with traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, and spinal cord injury. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Max worked as a certified massage therapist for 10 years. His early experience at the center, in conjunction with his time as a massage therapist has been extremely influential in his approach to patient care and how he administers manual techniques.
Being part of the SOL team has been invaluable in his quest for constant learning and staying in sync with the best and the latest treatment methods and techniques. Being at SOL also allows Max to use his extensive background in individual and team sports to work with and relate to the needs of competitive athletes.
Outside of his practice, Max loves spending time with his wife and two young sons. His other hobbies include tinkering with his old diesel engine and building furniture.
