Kristen Delsigne, DPT

Biography

Dr. Kristen Delsigne is an energetic and upbeat practitioner who is dedicated to her patients and strives to assist them in achieving their goals in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere.  Her passion for learning and education are evident in her approach as she strives to incorporate a broad spectrum of innovative, effective treatment techniques that best help her patients achieve success.  She enjoys working with a variety of individuals ranging from young athletes to active adults and she believes in treating the whole person, not just the injury.

Kristen developed a her passion for physical therapy after suffering multiple knee injuries as a collegiate soccer player.  Through her rehab process, Kristen discovered a deep appreciation and fascination for the inherent power of using one’s own body to heal itself.  She subsequently returned to soccer even stronger and faster than before.  Because Kristen has been a physical therapy patient herself, she understands what it’s like to go through treatment. She knows what it will take to get patients through their injuries, prevent future injuries, and wants to work with patients to create a strategy for successful recovery. She will also help her patients transition from rehab to wellness care.

In her free time, Kristen enjoys hiking, running, spending time with her family, traveling and all types of outdoor adventures.
