“Before coming to SOL, I could not run or do any moderate active movement without experiencing some level of pain my leg afterwards. Extensive activity could lead to several days of pain when walking, climbing stairs, etc.
After working with my SOL physical therapist, I am now able to perform all these activities without any pain after. I can go for long runs, play soccer, and do all of my regular home activities as before.
In addition, though exercise and strength training, my SOL physical therapist has given me the tools to maintain a strong core and lower body to reduce the chance of injury in the future.
