“At the start I couldn’t walk on my ankle. I was 6 weeks out from ligament replacement surgery. After 12 sessions I am able to walk, bike, do limited yoga, and lunges. I’m very happy with my progress. As much as my SOL PT moved me through my exercises, it was all worth it in the end! The SOL Trainers were also great to work with.
