Love Graston technique + reformer work! I can do all activities I did prior to ankle sprain now

Before SOL:

  • Very tentative with ankle movement
  • Pain in hips when walking for any length of time
  • Up + down stairs or hills were difficult
  • Ankle stiffness and instability

 

After SOL:

  • Able to do all activities I did prior to ankle sprain
  • No hip pain walking, climbing stairs or hills
  • Confident in stability and strength of ankle
  • No stiffness
  • Stronger core as well as ankle
  • Uneven surfaces are okay
