SOL 2011 Free Community Lecture Series Schedule

We are pleased to announce the schedule for our 2011 SOL Free Community Lecture Series.  Our presenters have all chosen topics that they are passionate about and would like to share with you.  We hope that you will find the workshops to be both fun and educational.  All workshops are FREE and will be held on Wednesday nights from 7-8pm at SOL.  Feel free to bring a friend along with you, as well.  Space is limited however, so please call 510.547.1630 to reserve a spot for the workshop(s) you would like to attend.  You can click on the name of each lecture below for more specific information.  We hope to see you soon!

October 19th: “Climb Smarter & Harder: Safe and Effective Core Exercise Progression for Climbers”
